The Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 5 New York Welfare Fund has been supporting its members since 1949. Financed by employers’ contributions through a collective agreement, the Plan is an independent, tax-exempt organization (under IRS Section 501(c)(9)). The plan is governed by a neutral Board of Trustees and maintains a separate legal status from BAC Local 1 New York.
